KidNation does not provide a parent control panel. We are here to help account holders, parents, and guardians with account access, subscriptions, child-profile requests, privacy questions, and technical issues.

Please do not send a child’s full name, birth date, password, payment-card information, school information, medical information, location, or screenshots containing sensitive information by email.

Common Requests

Request Deletion of an Account or Child Profile

Use Delete Account or email [email protected] from the account email address. Include only the minimum information needed to identify the account and request deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed in the relevant app-store account. Deleting the app or account does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription. Use the app’s restore-purchase option if an eligible purchase is not showing.

Notification or Email Preferences

Account holders can change notification permissions in their device settings. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. For account-related notices, contact [email protected].

Storyteller

Storyteller is a guided-choice experience. If generated content seems unsuitable or incorrect, stop using that story and contact [email protected] with the story identifier or a non-sensitive description of the issue.
