KidNation does not provide a parent control panel. To request deletion of a KidNation account or child-profile information, contact us using the method below.

How to Make a Request

In your message, provide only the email address associated with the account, whether you are requesting deletion of the account or specific child-profile information, and a way to contact you if we need to verify the request.

Do not send a child’s full name, birth date, password, payment-card information, school information, medical information, location, or screenshots containing sensitive information.

What Happens Next

We may need to verify that you control the account or are authorized to make the request. We will explain what information will be deleted, what information may be retained for legal, security, billing, or recordkeeping reasons, and the expected completion timeframe.

Deleting a KidNation account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. Manage or cancel that subscription through the relevant app-store account.
